Remember the key to building new partnerships is to start with what you can do for THEM. Focus on helping them do something no one else has – something they really value. When you find genuine win-win partnerships it just feels right for everyone. We all have radar for strangers who are looking for tit-for-tat. Set expectations early – be totally transparent!
